Up to $100,000 Reward
Up to $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the death of Cold
Spring Police Officer Tom Decker.

Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker, 31, was shot to death just
before 11 p.m. on November 29, 2012. Officer Decker was conducting a
welfare check at an apartment behind Winner's Bar on Main Street in
Cold Spring at the time of the shooting. Despite extensive
investigation, the person responsible for his death has not been
caught. In addition, the 20 gauge shotgun investigators believe was
used to kill Officer Decker has not been located. A reward of up to
$100,000 is being offered by Spotlight on Crime for information that
leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for
Officer Decker's death.
"Our hope is that by offering
this reward, information will emerge that will allow investigators
to solve this case and hold the person who committed this act
responsible for their actions," said Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
Assistant Superintendent Drew Evans.
Please help bring closure to the family and friends of Officer
Decker and bring his killer(s) to justice.
